which fraternities are growing and improving

We all know who the best fraternities are, but which fraternities have shown improvement over the past few years and are trending up. which fraternities are trending down? Thoughts?

Theta Chi has obviously shown the most and fastest improvement, which is why that get hated on a bunch.

SAE has bounced back and is going very strong right now.

Sigma Pi has shown some improvement and is on a slow but steady rise.

Lambda Chi is trying to recover from probation so we'll see how that works out.

KA is on a slow decline at the moment. Pledge classes have not been up to par lately.

Sigma Chi got booted off campus.

Sigma Nu, Fiji, and Beta are being consistently top of the pack.

What is this list? Is itunes order of most improving fraternities? Ranks? Best fraternities? This list is such a mess. Also, Sigma Chi isn't even on campus anymore

@1 change. I agree and disagree with you.
I agree with you that Sig Ep is declining worse than Sigma Nu and should replace them on this list. They have been declining hard for a while.
I disagree with you that Sigma Nu isn't declining. Yes, their parties are still great and sororities like KD continue to go there, but not for long. Why? Look at their last two plage classes. Their pc'12 was really bad for them. The last group, pc'13, was twice as bad. They hit numbers every time, but most of the guys are just weird, creepy, and disrespectful. Quality does leagues more than quantity. They are declining for the same reason as KA, they're going for quantity and forgetting quality.
