AXO Should not be bottom tier, it's at least on par with theta, and WTF is pi phi doing in the middle tier. These ranks are bull

Is Gphi with Tridelt there? I only saw the phi.
I personally think Piphi is just slightly better than Axo, but I don't think Axo is bottom tier, but they are bottom mid.

an honest fratstar's opinion. I really dgaf about anything under "bottom middle" (with maybe the exception of theta... maybe). Powerhouses are DG/APHI/DDD/GPHI. Pi Phi? AXO? never even tried to hang with those chapters. Who cares who's bottom?
