Pike and phi psi have no house either and are better than 3/4 frats with houses AND are better than sig pi

tbh having an AV house is both a plus and a curse. think about it - 18 dudes, or in SAE's case 24 forced to live all in one place might increase campus presence but really cuts down on the number of party-able locations. cant throw ragers every other day in av unless you wanna end up like sae.

take any of those chapters, pike, phi psi, sigma pi and remove 18 members from their current locations. then compare. actually phi psi might be fine due to 90+ members but still
