5th year

by: hey

Would it be weird if a fifth year were to rush this upcoming fall recruitment? Like would I feel left out and too old? :(

Although recruitment won't tell you, they want freshman/sophomores rushing for the longevity of their fraternity. But I mean if you want you'll probably get a bid its no big deal go for it for the experience!

We had a 5th year rush the year he graduated. It was cool, he made some experiences and connections and doesn't regret it.

Don't trip it's the same as a 4th year who intends to graduate.
Greek life here doesn't really place too much, if any, emphasis on what year you are

Greek Life at UCI is pretty chill; we're all just Anteaters looking to have a fun social time. It's nice to have freshmen and sophomores rush because they're in it for the long run, but as a 4th or a 5th year in your pledge class you can still bring a lot of wisdom and insight to the fraternity that they might not have otherwise.

So yes, do it.
