@err. Actually Ksig and Phi Psi never do spring rush and they are considered the top 2 fraternities here. Sigma Pi only sometimes does spring rush as well. Spring rush normally isnt worth it because the pledge classes are very small and guys have to spend money on rush (Normally several thousand dollars) and you just end up with a small and meh pledge class.
