Beware!!!!! Most of the rudest and stuck up girls end up in this house. They dont even have events anymore no wonder everyone is dropping.

Theta girls are some of the nicest on campus. Seriously great sisterhood and super welcoming to other orgs/students. Never had a bad experience here. They seem to get along pretty well and always have some sort of event/social. Overall great girls to hang with.

Unfortunately, I agree with every other recent ratings on here. This sorority has been on a decline since 2020 with all the good members already graduated. Their sisterhood went from being one of top houses to mid and now bottom due to the lack of care and genuine bond among their members. It is obvious it is all a facade and fake on media, since in person at the parties they act super snobby and condescending with a superior complex. From what I heard, all their events have been cancelled and now most girls are dropping and the chapter is having a difficult time reaching quota (chapter total). They now have a hard time getting new members to join and willing to stay. Be mindful when rushing this chapter, they just care about looks and status which is the opposite of the chapter values they try to uphold. There are other wonderful chapters worth joining.
