Sorry, but Sigma Chi is not a bottom tier frat, they are a solid mid tier with great guys. If they would just get better at sports and be a lil more social, they'd be up there.

Upper-mid tier. Throw good parties, definitely see a consistency in the types of guys they keep in the chapter. Good balance between frat and NF. Cant see them moving up or down.

Was once a top house, now a upper-mid tier. Way more classy than the other "sigma __" fraternities. Girls like them, and they have good relations with other top tier fraternities.

These guys are top 3 but their new pledge classes are goobers bringing em down. As of now in my opinion having attended all the parties with my gf's: 1.) Kappa Sigma- well rounded at everything with nice guys. 2.) Sigma Pi- good looking frattiness with the best parties and hottest girls. But that's pretty much all they know how to do. 3.) Phi Kappa Psi- Much like Sigma Pi, but their parties as of recent has been very bad. End of the World Party was pathetic and their Pledge class Alpha Psi party was so bad that it got shutdown at 12. If they don't watch themselves they can easily not be one of the top anymore 4.) Sigma Alpha Epsilon- Used to be the top house 3 years ago but they have been dying out. However their basketball games are always exciting to watch!
