yeah these guys are top house and aren't moving anytime soon, sure they lost a lot of great seniors it doesn't matter they always rush well

they used to be the best slipped a little but still a top 3 house in my book, losing a lot of their great seniors but still a great group of guys that i love to hang out with, so much fun and to the sigpi haters yes they still pull

Yes they are on a downward slide losing 95% of their chill dudes, and their 2011 and 2012 pledge classes are awk, but hey i know girls that still love to rage with them

Tough Fraternity to rank, a lot of awk guys and some really cool guys, Safari was one of the few parties of theirs that I went to and it was fun. I know they are losing their former pres and another guy i talked to is leaving in the middle of next year... So they might struggle if they don't rush well

Huge chapter, they practically will bid anyone, but half the chapter isn't really active... but the ones that are, seem cool. I would say getting up towards upper middle

Exactly the same as SigEp middle tier frat that has some cool guys and some really really awk guys. I know a couple of the guys that I have met and they seem really nice and genuinely were happy to meet me. While there venues aren't up to par with other houses they seem like they could go up or down depending on next year and rush

Here is the deal these guys are not number 1, they obviously self rank... But they do party hard, and have good looking dudes. Yet they are creeps that a lot of girls will party with when they first come to UCI then get over them quickly and move on to other chapters not top 3 but prolly 4 or 5
