I have a lot of friends who are thetas, I'm not greek its just not my style especially after going on this page, but as for theta all the ones that I know are just super chill girls that you can just hang with and don't really even care about greek life, and being called "self rankers" is kind of a joke, none of these comments even call Theta top house, but its whatever, they're still cool and I had to say it

oddly popular upper tier house. throws good parties solid at sports. but their attitude is too deuschy. I always get the feeling that they want to fight people.

When it comes to tiers, they are middle tier, but they are WAY better than tri delta, all the ones I have met are super awesome and down to earth girls, I am in another sorority but I still LOVE pi phi girls...super genuine and nice girls<3 so much fun to hang with!

Well rounded fraternity. If you're looking for the full experience this is a great chapter to join: strong brotherhood, rage a lot, many philanthropies, top 3 in all sports, etc. check them out love you boys <3
