popular party house. kinda toolish but hey its a fraternity. Id rank em right at number 3 below Ksig and Phi Psi. Nonetheless upper tier. Guy belows obviously a FIJI or Beta which are a joke on campus. You will tend to see when you get on campus which house is top just by their presence, how they act, and the girls they hang out with. KSIG Phi PSI Sigma Pi SAE Pike all have that swag.

Party frat. Half their chapter is lame, half their chapter is legit. Keep the good rushes and stop using ringers in sports and youll be top 3.
