Top 3 or 4. Decent athletics. Good chapter size. Seem to be mostly white dudes. Solid parties.

I would not say they are top house like. They are 3rd at best and thats only cuz of their parties and sports. Stop self ranking urselves and get over it nobody but other greeks look at this site.

Top 4: 1.) Ksig (more of both) 2.) Phi Psi (little bit of both) 3.) Sig Pi (party) 4.) SAE (Sports) Rest dont matter.

They are top 2 coming into next year in my opinion. Right behind Ksig. Phi Psi is losing alot of seniors. SAE has gone downhill too and they are only good at sports. Top 2 or 3. They have a lot of potential with their new pledge classes but need to really get their head outta their ass.

Worst of the top 3 houses in terms of attitude and personality. Throws good parties and have good sorority relations but too deuschy. 1.) Ksig 2.) Phi Psi 3.) Sigma Pi 4.) SAE Rest dont matter
