Imo this chapter does not deserve an ounce of the hate it gets. They have the biggest physical srat house, a great retention rate (2nd most members) which means the sisterhood is clearly pretty darn strong, had the only joint philo with a frat (until sig chi got kicked off campus this year lmao), and every one I’ve met has been nothing but friendly & involved. Am I missing something bc what are you guys genuinely basing tiers on? What frats think? Like come on guys what happened to de-centering men??

Genuinely idk what happened to them internally. They’ve been slowly slipping for a while but took a huge nosedive this year bc of their poor sisterhood and Greek relations. All I’ve heard/seen is drama and this is the evident in their low retention rate & the fact that they struggle to even fill their 8 person house (bc no one gets along)
