Bunch of lovers and haters on this site. Here is the truth. SigEp is a really, really good house, but probably not a classified top house like what Pike was whether the lovers like it or not. Pretty much a fact. They throw great parties and are just awesome guys to hang out with whether the haters like to admit it or not. Ask around, also a fact. None the less, to say if they keep things up as they have been doesn't mean they won't be a top house in a few years, if they want to be.

This fraternity is unlike the other sterotypical frat boys. Every brother is unique and is a true gentlemen. Not only this but, this house has some of the best parties at davis when they do throw parties...

They're not bad if you're in the Greek system. Like one said regarding the wristbands, if you're looking for a random frat party, don't go there because you wont get in. They have good events, but you have to be Greek or know someone.

These guys are good to hang out with because they are laid back and don't care what other people think. We spend time at their house from time to time and always have a great time. Not the most social/outgoing, but not too bad either
