Pretty far away from campus. After the pledge classes they got last year, it might not be looking good on account of those former pledges now being the face of the fraternity to underclassmen... they lost some good seniors.

get new pledges because of the fall of other frats, but most likely they'll get the bidless geeds. Losing their house in a year, and I'm pretty sure they won't be the top spot to pick up a house like Pike or Delta Sig are.

They have big parties, super packed and normally shut down after a couple hours. Not too many notable brothers, but many members are inactive. They'll have a big rush class because of SAE gone, but they're possibly the new Pike. Not saying if that's a good or bad thing, that's up to you.

If you like them then awesome. You either love or don't really know how you feel about them. I'd see them competing most with Sig Nu for the same potential new pledges.
