obviously whoever wrote "♥" is trying to make it look like a self ranking, since that is their chapter. as a member of another house on campus, I have definitely seen tri delt improving. they aren't top tier at all, but definitely middle. house still has some weird girls but so does every house. great in involvement with philanthropies but could use some work on everything else. overall, good house but not the best

as a member of another house on campus, I don't think the rankings on here are right at all. theta has a strong sisterhood and is always there to support the other houses. while many girls in the house don't have the best social skills, you won't find a bad bone in their bodies. have a lot to improve upon but great start
