it's not even that they don't have a house, it's the fact that they have no campus presences whatsoever. At least when Pike lost their house, people still talked about them, good or bad. No one talks about D Sig at all. I never see them on campus or at philanthropies, they've recruited horribly the past year and half (unlike Pike w/o a house) and sororities that used to do 2-3 exchanges with them a quarter now barely do 1.

Mostly above average looking, there a some real hotties here too. This house has a good reputation with most of the fraternities; tend to be very chill, nice,and have fun without all the drama of some of the other sororities, that makes them a class act. Stick with fraternities that are on the same "level" and could branch out more. Arrowjam is awesome. Pi phis I know have a very close pledge class but say not as close between classes. The kinda girls to bring home to mom and marry someday.
