All the ratings here are either too high or too low. Just rank it as you see it, don't "balance" the rankings. Anyway, Chi Phi is a pretty cool place. The guys are pretty cool and they throw some rocking parties. The house is small so the guys are really close and they get out and do a lot considering how small the house is. That being said they're small and they aren't hugely popular. They're kinda the anti-frat. Some people dig it, others don't. I think it's pretty cool.
