Out with the old, in with the not so new! Phi delt has been around on the Davis campus for longer than any other fraternity. They just rebuild their house and it will be the #1 place to rage and to live in. They know how to party, they know how to treat women, and they know how to recruit solid guys. Top house next year hands down, and watch out because they will dethrone pike, theta xi, and even sigma chi and sigep.

These guys are all friendly and fun to chill with, their open parties are always pretty fun. Also the new construction made their look better. Not the best house but it's growing

This house rages the hardest and has the biggest frat stars you've ever seen. They do treat women nicely, but they love bad girls, I'd know ;) Watch what they do this spring, they have the best house location and they consistently get the top guys. The guys they gave a bid to turned down Pike, Theta Xi, Sigep, and Delta Sig for ASig. Do it big, go A sig!

they've changed a lot since my freshmen year. They used to be known as the house no one liked and thought they were a lot hotter than they actually were. Albeit the seniors still exhibit this stuck-up attitude, the remaining girls especially the younger ones are a lot better and friendlier. Pi Phi is more liked than APhi at this point and I think APhi has taken on Pi Phi's old reputation.
