you guys have the potential to be a lot more popular.. you stopped having parties for some reason, but they were always fun. Bring them back! Get a good pledge class this year with like, more hot guys.. or at least social guys. only bad thing about exchanges with y'all are that a good number of guys don't even talk to the girls.. still love you guys though! think you guys are really awesome and def have some cuties from your fall rush class!

Just overall such a great sorority! Cute girls, fun parties, and definitely deserve to be rated higher! They may not be as popular, but at least don't have the reputation for being backstabbing and horrid like the two "top houses" of Davis!! (Lol)

My best friend is in Theta and I hang out with her sisters all the time. These are a wonderful group of fun, smart, cute girls. I am in a different house, but I sometimes reconsider Theta purely on how much I love spending time at their house. They are always the life of the party, studying hard and are nice to everyone. They are also really positive and friendly to girls in other houses and welcome anyone to join them in their fun. Anyone would be lucky to join their strong sisterhood.
