Theta is pretty middle-tier. You can't really compare them with the top houses because the kinds of girls who join Theta aren't interested in houses like DG and APhi. This can definitely be a good thing because they're more "real", but yeah, they're also not as cookie-cutter attractive. There are some pretty cute girls, and there are some girls who really aren't the "sorority type" at all. They have a great sisterhood though, and they hang out outside of their social events all the time.
