At first I wasn't sure about Theta but after going to a party with them these are some of the coolest girls. Super down to earth and like to have a good time and they really have each others backs! Their pledge class may not be the biggest, but they managed to get a few cuties this year!

Apparently the last couple people who rated this fraternity haven't met the new recruitment class. Just come out to the house and you'll see. These guys are going to put on a class act and show that they deserve to still be at the top.
