Bottom Tier hands down. There are like 10 brothers, no way can they even fill one house, let alone multiple houses. They lost their Russell duplex last year because they couldn't fill it then. They'll throw out bids like Theta Chi on steroids in order to get numbers they need. "Opportunities&quo t; because they're basically in a development stage. Don't expect to have any exchanges even with Theta or Chi-O for another year. Join an established fraternity, there's a reason they all have over 60-70 guys

I remember being a freshman and hearing how terrible their house was. This quarter we have multiple exchanges with them and I won't be missing any. Way to turn it around boys.

Any other rating than top tier just isn't accurate. Compared to what other houses in Davis? Along with maybe Pike, Sigma Chi, and barely Theta Xi, they easily hold their own in the top tier. Anytime I go over with my friend they are so friendly and they don't creep me out if I'm sitting by myself like I've had at other frats. I see them drinking together on weekends and some afternoons, and they have a lot of fun. Great group of guys and awesome house and location.
