I don’t know what makes the “best” frat. These boys are smart, sweet, and seem to get along with each other great. No douchebags is a plus. One of the smaller houses by the arc, so a good location for social events / parties too.

Idk why their ranking is SO high considering the only house I'd rank them above is chi o. Every pnm during rush tries to drop this house, but can't because they literally ask EVERYONE back. A lot of people would rather drop then stay and get a bid from theta. They need to stop self-ranking, nobody considers them a top house.

they're all really good at socializing, just comes off not as genuine as the other houses, and don't seem like they are really that involved with philo / academics

Pi phi is where you will find the girls who are pretty, but still genuine, unlike some other sororities who just rank based on looks, pi phi actually cares about academics and character.

Pi phi is the best chapter just all around. They have the BIGGEST campus-wide philo that all sororities/frats participate in, their house is the most aesthetic, girls are pretty, AND have had the highest gpa for consecutive quarters. Also has very good relations/reputations with other greek orgs.

Pi Phi is currently on probation because one of their sisters couldn't keep her hands to herself! Pi Phi is filled with mid, blonde(ish) girls and prides themselves on thinking they're the best. For the most part, APhi rejects.

The ladies of Alpha Phi are really hit or miss. I've met some incredibly friends from Aphi, and had some nasty encounters with their new pledge class. IMO, Aphi is on top, especially when considering their juniors. Love you ladies!
