All their members feel easily threatened by other fraternities that are better than them. They're too beta to make their own chapter better so they go on other fraternity pages to try to disparage them. If you want to be average and/or beta please go rush them.

Unhappy with this organization!! The people were not friendly or open to meet types of people. Super unprofessional in their overall “Non communication” skills! They need to get much better leadership at the top end.

They dirty rush to the max. Pick their pledge class before rush has started based on looks and profile. They don’t follow panhellenic guidelines but never get in trouble.

This group of guys are so involved in their brotherhood that they often seem not “apparent” on campus because they never feel the need to gloat about what chapter they are in. Though, they have a lot to gloat about: biggest/cleanest house on campus, highest academic scores, strong brotherhood, most exclusive/secretive parties, the ability to have fun doing anything, and honestly some hot guys that you would think were in Sigma Chi. They are way underrated because many people (myself included) just never knew they existed and wasn’t in their tight circle until recently. They are so frat they can even challenge Zete in a beer die tourney

This sorority is one of the most diverse and woke on campus while still maintaining a fun social life, great sisterhood, and well rounded women that are involved all over campus. The reason they get so much hate on Greek Ranks is from the other sororities down-ranking others to make them look good and from Theta Xi’s that are still mad that they held their chapter to a college-wide punishment for raping one of their women (and others on campus; all proven to be true through UCD). If you look at the poor rankings, you’ll see a trend of 0 substance or a direct mention of TX. These girls don’t deserve the hate for improving the community and holding people to the standard of not hurting others.

Overhyped and act like jerks. Nothing special here get over yourselves and realize you’re not that special.
