Literally dirty rushing to the max. I know two girls who had been dmed over the summer by aphi girls and are now in aphi. It rlly shows that they know who they want even before recruitment.

This fraternity has big parties that they cannot control. Party attendees trespass onto neighboring properties, even going so far as to open closed and latched gates in order to trespass. Not only is that illegal, it is very disrespectful.

Middle of the road fraternity known for pretending to be army boys. If you live in a house next to them, you will be woken up by wannabe grunts who look like 18yo eminem playing beer dye. Their parties are fun, but the brothers are a little creepy when interacting with women.
