Am I the only one who does not get the Pi Kap hype? Also not sure FIJI should be on list. They making good progress after SAing a girl but still need some time.

def better than pi kapp and beta. Still has better relations than beta and pikapp guys are boring, they dont even host shi. Sig pi parties funn

Will be interesting if Sigma Nu can come back good. Delta Chi didn’t come back strong and probably be a bit before they move back into their house. Phi Delt couldn’t even come back with their house and sold it.
