why are dz and adpi always bottom tier?

i'm an incoming freshman and thinking about rushing and was just wondering why they're always the solid bottom tier even though their rankings are still pretty high...is it just self rank or what? and what makes them bottom tier

Please go into rush with no bias towards any house! You will learn everyone’s reputation after recruitment and it makes the process much better

Its because this sites ratings are completely superficial and are either only posted by guys rating the hottest sororities really well or girl bashing other houses. These two houses are considered “bottom” because they’re laid back and not considered “hot” to top frat guys. Every house has their qualities and you’ll find your place regardless. Trust the process and don’t let others opinions or this website ruin your experience.

Pretty much the lower the score on here the better the house, girls go after the top houses and bash them till their score gets lower. If you have a higher score, it means people aren’t trying to sabotage you. Not 100% always this way but it’s what I’ve noticed
