Amazingly read a review below with a similar experience to mine. Was going out to the bars and a bunch of sisters ran ahead of one who was clearly blacked out and struggling in heels. She was in the middle of Philly Street wobbling, so I went out to help her cross. She then proceeded to thank me but ran into the Coney after the sisters who left her stranded behind. Very sad to see.
