My house calls them the taken fraternity since half the guys are already dating sorority woman. They are really fun guys though that arent as known but have a great brotherhood

Agree with the comment below. The only reason they get people is because of that awesome house. They are not really involved on campus. If you rush them, chances are you will be doing less and less as you get older
