Alpha phi has always been top, but their last pc really outdid themselves. Some of the most friendly girls and always make the party 10x more fun when they're there. She ain't wifey material unless she's an aphi.

don't get me wrong, this is a great fraternity but no where close to being top tier. theta christ does good stuff for the community but their dry house and weird dudes make the house near bottom tier. also, please stop paying to have negative reviews removed and stop self-ranking as well.

Pi Phi girls are very diverse. They have girls involved in a lot of different things around campus. They have the "party" reputation but this isn't true at all, they go out just as much as any other house. Overall great girls to hang out with and they are always willing to help if needed whether that be with school work, life situations or different events around campus.
