Favorite house on campus. All the guys are nice and inviting, tons of fun to party with. Only downside is that they are on new greek, but they are worth the walk.

Theta's have a bad rep for being boring because half of their house doesn't party. But if you know any theta's you know that they are classy, smart and fun to party with. They can be really fun at parties if you are at the right house (they don't tend to go to many fraternities, only about 4-5). They are always top in grades and have the classiest girls on campus. They are all sweethearts. Theta's are the ones that you get serious with, not the ones you hook up with.

These girls know how to have fun yet keep it together. Although I havent met all of them, the ones I have met have given DG a good reputation.
