From my understanding Theta hasn’t been known as one of the more socially popular sororities in the past because they don’t have a specific “type” of girl and it throws people off. In my opinion, every girl in theta likes the organization and the girls in it, regardless of how similar they are. Their formals are fun to go to and they don’t really mess with drama unless it’s completely necessary. Thetas are diverse in personality, smart, GENUINE, and super hot. If I was into Greek life, I would pray to God I’d get theta over any of the other sororities on campus, because the other ones just seem to project their insecurity onto anyone that isn’t like their target demographic.

These last few years they've been way more social like on campus, but I think they're going down a partying slope. So if you're into going to USC or palm springs, go for it, but some of the girls are kinda standoff-ish.

sigep is hands down the best house at pepp. it was between ato and SigEp, but SigEp pulled ahead with their new class. They are constantly recruiting really sick dudes and you can really tell how genuine they are.
