Their looks and social life are really the only things that make them top house. They're not involved in much other than Derby Days and we'll see how their own philanthropy goes which is coming up. I know some nice Kappas, but they're only from this years pledge class. One of their problems is that they're not really interested in other sororities so that's where the cliquey vibe comes from. Also I can't really judge on sisterhood but I gave average because I've seen a lot of backstabbing.

While these girls "broke it down" at Psi U Think You Can Dance, they haven't contributed to a single other philanthropy and don't attend anything--ever. I don't get how they're supposed to be up-and-coming if their only contribution to the Greek community is shaking their booties at one philanthropy. I had to give them one star on everything because they are too irrelevant to judge.

These guys always seem to represent themselves well. I've met 4 years of Sigma CHIs and they all have been friendly and polite. They seem to vibe the best of all the frats too. They compete hard and win every philanthropy and try to remain humble about it. They separate the BOYZ from the MEN ladies!

I can't tell if the last commenter's name was Top House or self-ranking. Seems pretty similar to me. Way too desperate to be at the top. Involved in philanthropies (kind of), no class, and I haven't seen a hot Theta since the last class graduated. Sorry girls, the hot and classy title is Kappas.

I would agree about not being involved in many other philanthropies, but not being close to a frat and not being sociable? Debatable to say the least. Tri Delt has a lot of great seniors graduating but recently got a pretty good group of girls. Excited to see what they do with it.

I think that they used to be a top-tier frat but they fell out of this status. They have had mediocre pledge classes, fallen out of the large social scene, and have had a poorer and poorer presence of campus. They are particularly close with Theta and have some great guys. They probably have the most liked philanthropy. I think better leadership will substantially improve this frat.
