I love the guys butttt they don’t throw enough parties! If they fix that, there is no doubt who everyone would say is the top frat. The ones I have met or know all seem smart and kind but I guess they do hang out with APhi for the most part now.

They have been a pretty good fraternity over the years but are sort of mid tier all in all. I have one final semester here and nothing has really changed about their party scene, they have parties sorta often but they are the most fun and not much room.

Cute, but doesn’t go much deeper than their beach picnics. One of the better sororities, but overall quite bland and cliquey. A nice group of girls, but not very diverse or exciting. If you aren’t in the core group of about 15 of them, you probably aren’t seen anywhere.

It’s well known on campus that kappa is the top house. Others try to compare, but nobody does it like the kappas. Social, nice, hot, and diverse. You see kappas out on the weekends but in the library and other philanthropies in the week. They can be intimidating, but are the kind of girls that you can always count on saying hi to when you pass by once you meet them.

Any person who is commenting hating on these guys 100% either aren’t in the fraternity or don’t get invited to their parties. They definitely have the most fun and safe parties by FAR, and I love all of the guys. Don’t say things just because you aren’t friends with them or they aren’t paying attention to you.
