Nice girls, just not a top or middle sorority. People often underestimate them and treat them as not being “on the same level” as the other sororities on campus. They’re not your typical sorority, but they like each other and aren’t fake.

Theta has some sweet girls, but some of them are super trashy. They don't really have a lot of class and are super intimidating, especially during philanthropy. Overall, I would consider them middle-tier, nice girls, but sisterhood and unity is lacking . They have such a broad spectrum of girls that its hard to catch a vibe from them during rush.

The girls are mostly nice, and some are cool, but the overall vibe is reject. I don’t know, the girls are just not sorority material.
