Pike parties are pretty solid, but they would benefit from an actual chapter house. The guys are super chill though, and are one of the only frats where I haven’t been creeped on.

The mere fact that that most positive rankings of the house are from an account called delts tells you all you need to know about DTD. Theyre shallow and insecure and feel the need to self-rank constantly to boost their house. This is true of all greek life, but its especially true with DTD.

After derby days this year I started to actually pay attention to gphi. The best way to describe gphi is well rounded. Although the girls bring many different qualities to the house, it’s cool to see not just one personality.

This house is sorta like the Tottenham of Frat Houses. They're somehow popular, and somehow high rated on here. But then you look behind the curtain and you see its all fake. Dont fall for their stuff. They got grades, nothing else. They'll be rude to you and you wont enjoy your time. College is the time and place to enjoy your life. You definitely wont if you join DTD.
