They are pretty chill down to earth people when you get to know them and are nice. They have a pretty good reputation and a nice ass house. They are friends with the other two top houses and hang out with everyone.

this is definitely not an awful frat. They have a really nice house since they took Sigma Kappa’s house which everyone is glad happened. Definitely some nice guys here, definitely some that aren’t. However, the amount of guys in this frat that were dropped from other chapters for various reasons including allegations and then rushed and are now a member of Asig is CRAZY. I could count on more than one hand and that’s just what I’m aware of. Parties are sometimes not bad but sometimes get dead.

This frat is on the come up. They might be disaffiliated, but I feel safer here than many of the affiliated frats. The guys are some of the funniest coolest people to become friends with. They are definitely party animals, but great guys. They have a strong brotherhood and all know each other pretty well. They have the best darties in the spring with their huge yard and things like water slides. I cannot hype how much this frat deserves more attention.

All the Theta girls that I have met have been super nice and they are definitely known for being more inclusive than other chapters typically are which puts them closer to middle. Theta mostly stays out of the drama so I feel like I never hear anything about them good or bad.
