Beta and Theta Chi are better than Lambdas. Lambdas had to rent their houses and both kicked Lambdas to the streets the past couple of years. Lambdas have been telling everyone the past five years that they are building a new house. I’m graduating this year and won’t ever see their “new house” lol

How is this frat ranked second LMAO, must be a lot of self ranking. Used to be a bottom tier frat and now is trying to claw its way up, but it still has a lot of geeds. Hope the best for them, but it will be a long time before they are even remotely relevant here. Been to one party and don’t plan on going back, it was pretty dull and lame, and from the other sorority girls that I know and that have been there think the same. It’s basically a nice guy frat mixed in with a bunch of awkward dudes. Would NOT recommend partying here if you want frat ragers. Don’t wanna sound too harsh here but it’s the truth sorry guys :(

Lambdas have been on social probation for the past two years. They are currently on social probation until October 2023. They have been irrelevant for awhile now.
