Pi Beta Phi at Hillsdale is honestly such a great chapter. The girls are genuine, kind, and seem to possess true sisterhood. They are involved in many student organizations and GOAL programs and they work hard to ensure that they have good relationships with faculty and staff. Pi Phis are very accomplished women. Many of them study abroad and have prestigious summer internships, research positions, and jobs. Even if they have not won the scholarship cup in the past few semesters, they maintain the reputation as the most well rounded sorority. They work hard and they have fun. They care about reputation and participation in Greek events, but not so much that it undermines their friendships. They seem to have good relationships with all of the fraternities, other sororities, and independents and you often see Pi Phis in leadership positions on campus.

Despite their heavy involvement on campus, Kappas are extremely cliquey and superficial once you actually interact with them. I also heard that some members actually boycotted donating to Derby Days this year because some girl's younger brother didn't get a bid from Sigma Chi. I never see them at parties unless they're in tight little groups, and they don't mingle and talk to guys like the other sororities do. Honestly not that fun to be around. They try to act classy but I think a lot of them are just in it for the image
