It's evident that KD only cares about looks and money. They're definitely considered top tier, but girls would be better off going for another sorority with a better sisterhood that cares about values and personality, not looks alone.

I’ve heard multiple kds talk about how terrible their new pc is going to be. Their recruitment has been a complete failure. Theyre finally getting exposed for only caring about looks and putting the same 10 white girls in the forefront of their social media and recruitment. This chapter is going downhill so fast

Upper middle tier. Could be more involved on campus but a really strong chapter with a lot of beautiful girls.

Strong brotherhood. Fun parties and top intramural athletes. Definitely a top tier fraternity. Guys are solid and they are very selective in who they choose to recruit.

ZTA at UNF is a sinking ship, put nicely. I can definitely see them going all the way under after this recruitment because last years PC dropped the bar so low

I have had nothing but great experiences with this fraternity. They were friendly and outgoing, their social events were "must attend" and they dominated athletics. Clearly the top fraternity on campus.

People either love them or love to hate them, but everyone definitely knows them. They are the top sorority on campus and have been for the past 10-15 years. That kind of staying power is impressive. Their sisterhood is no worse than any other sorority’s, I think people just rank them that way because they know they can’t honestly rank them low on looks, popularity, classiness, or involvement. Their friendliness score is accurate though lol. But they’re nice to each other and generally nice to others. I think some guys are just upset the KDs don’t pay more attention to them. Overall, if you can get in, do it. They have it good at the top.
