Theta is a hidden gem of panhellenic. The truth is that it has one of the greatest sisterhoods. My friend was in the fall MC and she is always hanging out with someone different and she could tell you something about every single girl in her class. There are some cute girls and some that aren't but that's the great thing about Theta. They don't care about appearance but rather the person. As someone who has seen what they're like from the outside I'm really impressed by these girls.

KD let themselves slip - not the KD it used to be in the way of looks, but still seem to have the same cattyness and only care about frats like they used to. No longer the top - middle tier at best.
