Chi Phi will most definenitly be one of the best fraternities UNF has to offer in the upcoming semester's. With promising pledge classes who are dedicated to the fraternity and want to help improve it as much as they can, there is no way Chi Phi won't be at least top 3 in the near future. Their parties may have been lacking in the past, but nowadays the parties are lit and are only getting better. If you want to be a part of something on the up and up, look to Chi Phi.

Does this fraternity really even exist? All these fake reviews got em at #1 when they are clearly just not anywhere near the top/middle tier fraternities at unf.

There are a few pretty cool girls, they're usually the ones you see out on the weekends. Wish more like them would give theta a chance it'd be a better time tbh
