New houses coming soon + future?

pi phi is moving to chapter commons and chi o is moving into the old pi phi house and renovating. new/bigger housing is based on fundraising/alumni support so it might be longer for them to get a new house

NC State wasn’t against it all the sororities had to have meetings and vote on it, and the sororities voted not to expand right now. There might be another vote next year or in two years

All the sororities voted for no new chapters on campus as of right now, just because there are certain chapters struggling to hit quota as it is right now (also drop rates). Idk about kkg but chi o is moving into the pi phi house and renovating the inside of it so I don’t see them getting one of the big houses anytime soon since they are already making such an effort to make the pi phi house nicer. Pi phi has been showing plans of a big house during recruitment for like 3 years now and it hasn’t happened yet so idk what the deal is with that but they are in chapter commons next year.
