Spring COB question
by: ConfusedSo there’s 4 sororities that didn’t participate in spring rush. Does this mean that girls really like these sororities and didn’t have a lot drop that they now have to replace? Just trying to get a feel for why some have spring rush and some don’t. I was interested in two but neither did spring rush. Does it always mean the more pledges they pick up, the more girls have dropped?

Yes and no. Some of it is to do with spring graduates. A lot of it is to do with how well they did during fall recruitment before snap bids only 4 sororities made quota and then by the end of bidday a lot more made quota. The other thing is that some sororities have higher drop rates due to many different things and this opens up more spots requiring COB. And axid is a newer chapter recently reestablished so they’ve been able to take larger PCs for a couple of years and have been larger because of that. But some of the well like sororities’s did do COB this semester and some of the “not as popular” didn’t.
