Kappa Sigma is the closest house to campus. Looks good after the remodel. Brotherhood is great and the guys are very nice. Parties at the house have seemed to slow down, as live out parties have increased.

AGR is a good group of guys. More "cowboy" than other houses. Still party hard.

If they call this top tier, MSU has terrible taste. I'm a transfer and I see people saying these girls are top tier. They wouldn't get a bid anywhere where the Greek life was actually good. Geeds. Total Geeds

Great house. I'm in another sorority at MSU and I really regret not becoming an AOII. I hangover there all of the time and look up to many of their seniors as role models.
