Only way they have good grades is because of their test bank and good job with your "alumni". Initiating John Goodman without him doing pledgeship is a joke.

Definitely see an improvement from what I saw last year. Their chapter is growing more and more. Went to one of their parties and were greeted with open arms. I wasn't afraid to have a little fun. These guys are definitely on the rise...

Lost their house and have declining numbers. Going from a middle size fraternity to basically nothing. Good work. Declining grades in your pledge class and failed fundraising event.
