They still have no quality control over the guys they give a bid to. Half of 'em think they're AgRhos. Still figuring their stuff out, I can't tell if they will get better or lose their charter, but it's going to be one extreme or the other.

The new house is amazing, but it's still filled with a bunch of try-hard private school kids. If they keep getting in trouble you could have the nicest house in the world with no charter.
