What's New - Missouri State University - MSU

This campus is in a weird spot for having nationally mid/bottom chapters. MOVAL I'd say is next after us. SEMO has Delta, Drury has Pi Phi, and MST has Chi O. We have teaching sororities that have weak connections, and no budget to handle necessary things, like removing mold from your house. Not a paint job, Not more columns, Not perpetuating the "quality > Quantity" spiel, when this chapter is the largest with the least qualifications.

They managed to lose a house that wasn't even that big. They even struggle with retention against the newest chapter on campus. They've managed themselves into a downward spiral and I'm honestly not confident they'll be around much longer. XiOm is a staple to our school, has no house, and even more affordable dues. This is absolutely no slight of the members as people. But as a sorority they are not doing well and they are not changing their game, year after year. MO State is NOT Mizzou, SMU, or Indiana; they've had ample time and support to fix this.

Very nice guys who are always willing to help out and have a good time. Would suggest rushing this frat if you're on the fence.

I can't wait for MSU to get big enough to NOT have this sorority on campus. Bottom-tier nationally with a very pick-me attitude regardless.

Personally, I haven't met any DZs who I've wanted to be friends with. It all seems very fake and backhanded. They don't seem very invested in their philo either
