All of these fake ratings are all left by one person who has something against pike for some reason. They are a top house and there’s no denying that they are. They are a strong house with good guys. There is no such thing as “pike spike” here and it’s more of a play on words. Rush both houses and you’ll see. I’ve been to both parties and I’ve never had a creepy or bad experience with either.

a top 5 fraternity easily, as you can see theres not many ratings on them because people don't have a problem bc there nice guys and a good fraternity but pike and delta chi are giving them bad reviews bc there scared bc sigma pi is coming at them bc sigma pi actually has good guys and have a lot of fun and their brotherhood is unmatched and is better than all other frats

Relatively strong national fraternity and making their way up the ranks here, but still not much there. Good pledge class would help them immensely
