It is hard to gain any momentum without a house, and I think they would be able to thrive with the addition of a house, but for now, they are sorta stuck in the mud unless they can get a few big pledge classes in the next couple years.

They do have some rude guys but overall, most every guy is cool, and pretty respectful. They threw most of the better parties last year and had a huge pledge class. If they initiate another class that size they will stay right at the top with ΣΦΕ and ΘΧ
